Welcome to Groceree. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website, services, and products. By placing an order or interacting with our platform, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our services.

1. Use of the Website and Services

You agree to use our website and services only for lawful purposes. Misuse of the platform, including but not limited to false orders, manipulation of pricing or features, or unauthorized access, may result in termination of your account and possible legal action.

2. Ordering & Product Information

  • All product listings, prices, and descriptions are subject to availability and change without notice.
  • We strive to ensure accuracy, but minor discrepancies in weight or appearance of products may occur.
  • Your final invoice may reflect adjustments based on exact product weight or substitutions where applicable.

3. Pricing & Payment

  • Prices displayed on the website are accurate to the best of our knowledge at the time of listing.
  • Applicable taxes and delivery fees will be calculated at checkout.
  • Payment must be made prior to the time of delivery through the available payment methods on our website.
  • Any adjustments to total cost (e.g., product weight) will be communicated before delivery.

4. Deliveries

  • Groceree delivers seven days a week, including most public holidays, within select areas of British Columbia.
  • Customers are encouraged to place orders at least 24 hours in advance to ensure optimal scheduling.
  • Delivery time slots will be confirmed upon order processing and are subject to change due to logistical considerations.
  • Delivery fees are calculated based on location and order size and are shown during checkout.

5. Returns, Replacements & Refunds

  • If you are unsatisfied with the quality or condition of a product, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery.
  • Depending on the issue, we may offer a refund, replacement, or store credit at our sole discretion.

6. Customer Responsibilities

By using our services, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate, up-to-date contact and delivery information.
  • Be present or make arrangements to receive the order during the agreed delivery window.
  • Report any issues or discrepancies promptly after receiving the order.

All content on the Groceree website—including logos, branding, images, and text—is the property of Groceree or its content suppliers and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other applicable laws. Unauthorized use or reproduction is strictly prohibited.

9. Limitation of Liability

Groceree is not responsible for:

  • Delays or non-performance due to events beyond our reasonable control (e.g., weather, road closures, third-party delays).
  • Improper storage of products after delivery.
  • Variations in produce due to natural changes in size, ripeness, or color.

10. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of British Columbia, Canada. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of British Columbia.
